- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all Whispered Atelier tags and “security ribbons” intact. Gowns with makeup stains, perfume scents, or alterations will not be accepted.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom-sized gowns, made-to-order orders, personalized alterations, and items purchased during “Final Sale” events are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A $15-40 shipping fee(based on the weights of gowns) applies to all returns to cover the specialized inspection and repacking of luxury garments.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our concierge at lixianbi0923@gmail.com for return address. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked, insured service.
